Receta Sweet And Sour Chicken Legs And Wings

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Kikkoman low-salt soy sauce
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. frzn unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon ginger
Direcciones
- Mix soy sauce, pineapple juice, sugar, oil, garlic pwdr and ginger together. Skin chicken legs if you like. Can use either legs or possibly wings. Add in soy sauce mix with chicken. Marinate in Ziploc plastic bag or possibly container in refrigerator overnight. Stir occasionally. Drain chicken. Save some sauce for basting. Bake on foil lined cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 45-60 min. Turn chicken after 1/2 hour.
