Receta Sweet And Sour Chicken With Coconut Ginger Rice

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 c. pineapple juice and water
- 1 x (8-oz) can pineapple chunks in juice (use juice above)
- 1 x (7-oz) box coconut ginger rice
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 4 c. frzn popcorn chicken bites
- 1 x (16-oz) bag frzn broccoli stir-fry
- 1 x (16-oz) jar sweet and sour dinner sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
Direcciones
- Place water in medium saucepan. Cover and bring to boil on high heat for rice. Stir rice and seasoning packet (from rice) into boiling water.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 20 min.
- Preheat wok or possibly frying panon high for 2 min. Place sesame oil in wok and swirl to coat. Add in chicken and cook 3 min, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Add in pineapple and broccoli stir-fry. Stir, cover and reduce heat to medium-high. Cook 7 min, stirring occasionally. Add in sweet and sour sauce and honey. Stir, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 8 min.
- Remove rice from heat and let stand 4 min. Serve chicken and vegetables over rice.
