Receta Sweet and Spicy Ginger String Beans
Ingredientes
- 2 ½ lbs. of fresh string beans
- 4 cloves of garlic – chopped
- 1 red onion – sliced
- 2 inch piece of fresh ginger – chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Dressing:
- ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Direcciones
- Gently simmer the string beans until tender.
- Heat a large frying pan with olive oil; add the onions, garlic and ginger and sauté until the garlic is fragrant and the onions are slightly golden.
- Lift the string beans out of the water with a slotted spoon and carefully add them to the sautéed garlic, onions and ginger. Sauté the sting beans for another minute or two.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing and add to the string beans.
