Ingredientes
- 4 c. pineapple, in 1/4" dice well liquid removed
- 2 c. well-mashed sweet potato
- 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
- 1Â 1/2 c. lowfat milk or possibly half and half
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp mace
- 1 x nine-inch pre-baked pie shell
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, mix the pineapple and sweet potato with the sugar. Mix the lowfat milk with the egg, then add in the remaining ingredients and mix till smooth. Pour into pie shell and bake for 25 min till set.
