Receta Sweet Potato Biscuit

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Roasted sweet potato puree
- 1/3 c. Buttermilk
- 1 c. Flour
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 3 Tbsp. Lard
Direcciones
- Grease yer sheet. Mix the buttermilk and sweet potato till smooth. Sift the dry stuff together. Cut in the lard till you get a coarse meal. Mix in the sweet potato. Blend but do not mix it hard. Roll out the dough, cut into rounds and bake at 450 till done, about 12 min. If you're paying attention, switch the pans to a different rack midway.
