Receta Sweet Sunshine Pasta Salad

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Pasta -- spiral-uncooked
- 1 ounce Peas and carrots, frzn
- 20 ounce Pineapple chunks in juice --
- Â Â Liquid removed, reserved
- 2 c. Black beans, cooked --
- Â Â Rinsed and liquid removed
- 1 c. Red bell pepper -- sliced
- Â Â Thin then 3rd
- 1/2 c. Green onions -- thinly
- Â Â Sliced
- 2 x Oranges,large -- peeled &
- Â Â Sectioned
- Â Â Cut into 3 pcs
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
- Â Â Wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2 tsp Dry basil
- 1 tsp Orange peel
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Salt and pepper, each
Direcciones
- Cook pasta according to package directions for the minimum cooking time.
- Place peas and carrots in a colander. When pasta is done, pour into the colander over peas and carrots. ( the warm water will cold the vegetables slightly.) Drain and place in a large bowl. Add in pineapple , beans, bell pepper, onions, and orange sections. Toss to combine. Combine 1/2 c. of pineapple juice and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour over pasta mix. Mix gently till well combined. Chil thoroughly, preferably overnight. Mix several times while chilling.
