Receta Swiss Corn Bake

Ingredientes
- 3 c. fresh corn cut from cob or possibly 2 (9 ounce.) Packages frzn corn, cooked according to pkg. directions
- 1 (6 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tbsp. finely minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 4 ounce. (1/2 c.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
Direcciones
- Cook fresh corn in 1 c. boiling salted water for 2 to 3 min. Drain well. Combine corn, evaporated lowfat milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 3/4 c. of the cheese. Turn into a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish.
- Toss bread crumbs with the butter and the remaining 1/4 c. cheese. Sprinkle over corn mix. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 min. Garnish with green pepper rings. Serves 4-6.
