Receta Szechwan Chicken w/ Cashews

Ingredientes
- 12 lbs raw chicken, cubed
- 8 lbs red/green peppers, large dice
- 4 lbs onions, large dice
- 8 lbs canned mushrooms
- 2 lbs water chestnuts
- 1/4 cup ginger powder
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 1 pint vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup cayenne
- 2 lbs cashews, rough chopped
- 3 cartons Minor's Szechwan Sauce
Direcciones
- Note: This needs to be cooked in batches.
- Heat oil. When hot, add chicken, onion, peppers, mushrooms, and water chestnuts.
- Cook on high heat in a stir fry style until everything is browned and cooked halfway.
- While the chicken mixture is hot and cooking, add the Szechwan sauce and cook until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Pan up and garnish with chopped parsley and cashews.
