Receta Szechwan Style Chicken And Broccoli

Ingredientes
- 2 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 1/2 c. picante sauce
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 med. onion, cut in wedges
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 c. broccoli flowerettes
- 1 med. red or possibly green pepper
Direcciones
- Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Combine picante sauce, soy sauce, water, cornstarch and sugar in bowl; set aside. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in skillet, medium high heat. Add in chicken stir fry 3 to 4 min. Remove. Add in remaining oil, onion, garlic, ginger to skillet. Stir fry for 30 seconds. Add in broccoli and peppers and stir fry for 3 min. Stir Picante sauce mix to blend ingredients then add in chicken and picante sauce to skillet, stir about 1 minute or possibly till thickened. Serve with rice.
