Receta T.G.I. Friday's Broken Noodles

Ingredientes
- 10 ounce cavatappi cooked
- 1 ounce oil
- 4 ounce sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 x tomato cut in large dice
- 4 piece red and green pepper in 1" dice
- 1 x artichoke heart quartered
- 1/4 c. sliced black olives
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1 pch salt
- 1 pch freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
- 4 ounce TablespoonsG.I. Friday's Marinara Sauce (see recipe)
- 2 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese
- Â Â Grated parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Saute/fry mushrooms in oil briefly, add in the rest of the ingredients (except cheese) and bring to a boil.
- Put warm noodles (they look like spirals) in a bowl, sprinkle with mozzarella, pour the warm sauce over and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
