Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 (16 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sm. red beans
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1 sm. avocado, peeled, seeded, cut up
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
- Corn chips
- Lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- In a large saucepan cook beef and onion till meat is browned; drain fat. Add in water and tomatoes, undrained, beans, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning. Add in avocado. Serve with shredded cheese, corn chips and lowfat sour cream. Serves 6.
