Ingredientes
- 4 c. cooked diced chicken
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 c. whole kernel corn
- 1 can chicken broth
- 8 ounce. can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Chips
Direcciones
- Brown chicken in 1 Tbsp. oil. Add in broth, taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Add in liquid removed corn. Bring to a boil again. Reduce heat to hot. Add in rice and cover for 5 min. Top with grated cheese. Serve with chips.
