I saw someone with this and did it and it was great! Basically you can eat it over rice, or spaghetti noodles or bucatinni noodles, which is my favorite. It was a hit with my son who is a picky eater!

  • 3-4 Chicken Breast of boneless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 packet of seasoning mix
  • 1 jar (can use the small one) of salsa
  • All purpose seasoning (use your judgement on taste though)
