Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 jar El Paso taco sauce
- 1 jar Ortega taco sauce
- 1 pkg. taco season mix
- 1 pkg. Cheddar or possibly Colby cheese
- 1 pkg. white cheese
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef, sausage and onion. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Add in remaining ingredients except cheeses. Place meat mix in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Layer 2 cheeses.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for about 5 - 10 min or possibly till cheeses heat. Serve with tortilla chips. May be frzn or possibly refrigerated for later use.
