Receta Taco Salads - Our Way
Quick and easy Taco Salads!
Ingredientes
- 12-18 corn tortilla chips
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (1.25-ounce) envelope 40% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 cups assorted lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or Mexican blend
- 1 tomato, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- Salsa
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and the water. Stir until the ground beef is coated with the seasoning mixture. Cook an additional 2 minutes or until the water has slightly evaporated and the sauce has thickened.
- Meanwhile, place the tortilla chips on two serving plates and top with the lettuce, tomatoes, and olives.
- Place the desired amount of taco meat on the very top of each salad and sprinkle with cheese.
- Spoon salsa over the salad and serve with condiments, such as sour cream, onions, or avocados.
