Ingredientes
- 2 pound grnd beef
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 3 (4 ounce.) cans green chilies, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (15 ounce.) can pinto beans
- 1 (16 ounce.) can lima beans
- 1 (16 ounce.) can kidney beans
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce.) can hominy
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce.) pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 (1 ounce.) pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
- 3 (14 1/2 ounce.) cans stewed tomatoes
- Shredded cheese (optional)
- Tortilla chips (optional)
Direcciones
- In large Dutch oven or possibly kettle, brown beef and onion. Drain any fat. Drain all the beans. Add in all ingredients except cheese and chips. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 min. I usually add in about 1 c. of water more to be more "soupy." Yield: about 10 servings.
