Ingredientes
- 2 pound lean grnd meat
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chilies
- 3 (16 ounce.) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 can yellow hominy with red and green bell peppers
- 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- Fritos or possibly tortilla chips, broken
- Shredded cheese
Direcciones
- Brown meat and drain. In large stew pot combine meat and next 8 ingredients. Let it heat and simmer for 30 min. Top with chips and cheese. May also add in avocado chunks, if you like.
