- 1 pound hamburger
- Bean dip
- Minced onions
- Minced tomatoes
- Minced lettuce
- Melted cheese
- Lowfat sour cream
- Warm sauce

- Brown hamburger and add in bean dip, put chips on a plate, put meat on top, sprinkle onion, tomatoes, and lettuce on top. Pour melted cheese over the whole thing and top with lowfat sour cream and warm sauce if you desire. Dip in with your hands.
