  1. First oven fry chicken as follows: 1 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix 2 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  2. Heat butter in rectangular pan. Coat chicken in Bisquick and paprika mix. Place skin sides down in pan. Bake 35 min at 400 degrees. Turn, bake about 15 min or possibly till done.
  3. Combine in saucepan, stirring constantly, juices, sugar, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Bring mix to a boil. When thick and clear, add in pineapple chunks only. Pour the sauce over the baked chicken. Place in oven and bake for 10 more min. Serve with wild rice.
