  • 2 PKGS OF TACO SEASONING
  • 2 CUPS OF WATER
  • 1 BELL PEPPER- DICED
  • 1 ONION-DICED
  • 1 CAN OF RANCH STYLE BEANS
  • 1 CAN OF ROTEL
  • 2 PKGS OF JIFFY CORNBREAD MIX
  • 1 PKG OF SHREDDED CHEESE
  • SOUR CREAM

Direcciones

  1. BROWN AND DRAIN YOUR HAMBURGER MEAT, ADD BOTH PACKAGES OF TACO SEASONING AND 2 CUPS OF WATER AND STIR.
  2. ADD YOUR BELL PEPPER, ONION, RANCH STYLE BEANS, AND ROTEL AND SIMMER FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES.
  3. PUT YOUR HAMBURGER MEAT MIXTURE INTO A LARGE RECTANGULAR PAN. MIX YOUR CORNBREAD AS BOX DIRECTIONS REQUIRE AND POUR BATTER OVER THE MEAT MIXTURE.
  4. BAKE IN THE OVEN FOR APPROXIMATELY 20-25 MINUTES UNTIL THE CORNBREAD IS COOKED GOLDEN BROWN.
  5. USE A BUTTER KNIFE TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE CORNBREAD IS COOKED ALL THE WAY THROUGH.
  6. ONCE IT COOLS OFF USE A KNIFE TO CUT INTO SQUARE LIKE PORTIONS AND SERVE WITH SHREDDED CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM.
