Receta Mother's Hot Tamale Pie
Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd meat
- 1 bell pepper, minced
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- Garlic, chili pwdr, to taste
- 3 to 4 ribs of celery
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions, bell pepper, and celery in small amount of fat. Add in meat, salt, pepper, chili pwdr, and cook till brown. Add in tomato sauce. Grease dish and put layer of mush and layer of meat, repeat till you use all meat, ending with a layer of mush on top.
