- For Crust: Combine ingredients in 9 inch pie plate; mix well. Press proportionately onto bottom and sides of pie plate.
- For Filling: Combine ingredients, except cheese. Pour into crust. Bake in 375 degree oven about 25 min. Sprinkle with cheese; continue baking about 5 min. Let stand 5 min. Cut into wedges and serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
