  • 1 lb ground beef, browned & drained
  • 1 box of macoroni and cheese prepared
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 pkg of taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Also..
  • (1/2 cup milk and 1 egg for cornbread mix)
  • 2 cups grated fine grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 box jiffy corn bread mix
  • mix acording to direction , but cut milk in half so it is thick

Direcciones

  1. Preheat Oven to 400
  2. spray 13 x 9 x 2 pan
  3. Put all ingredients, beef, tomoatoes, macaroni and cheese, taco seasoning, soup, corn, and milk ****** EXCEPT CHEESE and cornbread.... mix carefully as not to break up macaroni.... then take 1 cup of cheese and sprinkle on top. Dot cornbread batter on top and then spread slightly to connect dots so that most of middle is covered.
  4. bale @ 400 and ruduce to 375 after 5 minutes and cook until cornbread is golden brown and is heated through.
  5. Take out of oven and top with remaining cheese vand let set for 10 minutes to rest
  6. serve with a sour cream and salsa and a nice green salad.
