Receta Tangy And Tender Ribs (Crockpot)

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. vinegar or possibly more
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
- 1 tsp grnd mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 lb pork spareribs
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Combine the first nine ingredients in a slow cooker. Cut ribs into serving-size pcs; brown in a skillet in oil. Transfer to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 - 6 hrs or possibly till tender. (Mine cooked 8 hrs and fell off the bone, but were very tender.
