Receta Taramasalata (Fish Roe Spread)

Ingredientes
- 1 sm onion
- 1/2 c. tarama (carp or possibly cod roe)
- 1 med potato peeled, boiled
- 1 c. white bread slices soaked in water,
- Â Â measured after squeezed dry
- 1/3 c. lemon juice or possibly as desired
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil plus extra
Direcciones
- In a food processor puree the onion. Add in the tarama, potato, bread, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Add in a little more extra virgin olive oil if necessary to make the mix fluffy.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
