Receta Taramosalata, 2 (Tarama Sauce, 2)

Ingredientes
- 5 ounce Tarama (cod roe)
- 3/4 lb Cool mashed potatoes
- 1Â 1/2 c. Best extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice, or possibly to taste
- 1 Tbsp. White vinegar, or possibly to taste
- Â Â Parsley, minced
Direcciones
- Blend the tarama in a mixer or possibly blender with a little of the oil for a few min. Add in the potatoes and mix well. Add in the oil alternately with the lemon juice and vinegar, blending constantly, till the mix becomes a thick smooth paste. Garnish with parsley and serve in a bow.
- NOTE: You can vary the amounts of tarama and potatoes to make a paste to your taste.
