- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 x 8 inch unbaked pie shell

- Method:1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
- 2. Mix brown sugar, cream, and flour till smooth. Pour filling into pie crust
- 3. Bake for 30 min. Serve hot or possibly cool.
- Makes 1 - 8 inch pie
- A traditional French-Canadian pie. For sweet tooths only!
