A quick and easy receipe I came up with

Ingredientes

  • .1 Cup Jasmine Rice
  • .2 Cups water( whatever amount you need to cook the rice)
  • .1small - medium onion chopped
  • . 2 pimento chopped
  • .4 cloves of garlic chopped
  • .4 tablespoons of chive
  • . 4 table spoons of chandon beni (cilantro will work )
  • .1/2 tsp thyme
  • . 1/4 cup green pepper chopped( Bell Pepper)
  • .All purpose seasoning
  • 2 tables spoons butter
  • .oil

Direcciones

  1. 1. Heat oil in pot
  2. 2. when oil is hot add butter and let it melt
  3. 3. add pimento,thyme, garlic, onion, green pepper, chandon beni, chive.saute for 2 mins add a dash of all purpose seasoning
  4. 4. add rice and mix together
  5. 5.add water and all purpose seasoning
  6. 6. add as much seasoning to taste
  7. 7. stir and bring to boil
  8. 8. put oven on and put it the lowest heat
  9. 9.put rice in oven covered for 45mins
