Receta Tasty Jasmine Rice
A quick and easy receipe I came up with
Ingredientes
- .1 Cup Jasmine Rice
- .2 Cups water( whatever amount you need to cook the rice)
- .1small - medium onion chopped
- . 2 pimento chopped
- .4 cloves of garlic chopped
- .4 tablespoons of chive
- . 4 table spoons of chandon beni (cilantro will work )
- .1/2 tsp thyme
- . 1/4 cup green pepper chopped( Bell Pepper)
- .All purpose seasoning
- 2 tables spoons butter
- .oil
Direcciones
- 1. Heat oil in pot
- 2. when oil is hot add butter and let it melt
- 3. add pimento,thyme, garlic, onion, green pepper, chandon beni, chive.saute for 2 mins add a dash of all purpose seasoning
- 4. add rice and mix together
- 5.add water and all purpose seasoning
- 6. add as much seasoning to taste
- 7. stir and bring to boil
- 8. put oven on and put it the lowest heat
- 9.put rice in oven covered for 45mins
