Receta Ted's Fish Filets

Ingredientes
- 1 x egg
- 1 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Lipton onion soup mix
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 3/4 c. flour
- Â Â Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- Â Â extra virgin olive oil or possibly other veg. oil
- 10 med fish filets
Direcciones
- Beat egg, lowfat milk, and soup mix and set aside. Blend flour and pepper.
- Lightly salt filets and roll in flour. Dip in egg mix and roll in bread crumbs till completely covered. Add in a small amount of oil in non-stick skillet, heat on medium. When oil is warm, cook through only once. Filets will be golden brown to dark brown on both sides.
