Receta Teddy bear omelet
A great quality time with my daughter May (6). We had so much fun creating this dish and she ate it for lunch
Ingredientes
- 1 cup sushi rice well rinsed and cooked accordingly ( see instruction) or keep the sushi rice from your take out. ( need about 2 cups)
- 3 eggs
- 2 slices of yellow cheese
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- Small pic of sea weed ( a sushi seaweed)
- 2 tablespoon rice vinaigrette
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 10-12 leaves of parsley or cilantro
Direcciones
- On the stove on medium heat put a non stick pan with the canola oil
- Add whisked eggs and cook for 2-3 mins
- Meanwhile place the parsley leaves in a sircle ( see pic)
- Turn over the eggs gently and cook for another minute remove from heat and keep eggs in ' N set aside
- Take a wide white plate (recommended white b- coz it will show it better just like an artist painting on white canvas)
- Mix the soy sauce with rice
- Create a ball using a small round bowl.
- Cut out from seaweed the nose and eyes
- Cut out the ears and nose from Swiss cheese
- Create the ears and paw from rice
- Use the rest of the rice as a body for the omelet to rest on on.
- Follow the picture to assemble the bear.
