Receta Tempura Batter
Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
Direcciones
- Sift together. Stir in 1 cup cold water and 1 egg yolk. Beat egg white till smooth and frothy and stir into batter.Dust fish, chicken, shrimp, squash, cauliflower or possibly anything you want to deep fry, in flour. Dip into Tempura batter and fry in deep fat oil or possibly shortening. Can use green beans, green peppers, cucumbers and carrots. All are good fried.
