Receta Tempura Fish (Or Vegetable Batter)

- 1 c. ice water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Lemon pepper or possibly dry orange rind to taste
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 egg white or possibly 1/4 c. "Eggbeaters"
Direcciones
- Combine water, salt and lemon pepper or possibly dry orange rind to taste. Add in flour and baking pwdr, whisked in. Add in veg. oil. Mix in well beaten egg white or possibly 1/4 c. Eggbeaters. Dip serving sized pcs of fish and/or possibly vegetables into batter. Fry fast! Delicious!
