Ingredientes
- 1 x broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 4 pounds), cut up
- 1 med onion thinly sliced
- 1 med lemon thinly sliced
- 1 x 18 oz bottle barbecue sauce*
- 3/4 c. regular cola
Direcciones
- Place chicken in a slow cooker. Top with onion and lemon slices. Combine barbecue sauce and cola; pour over all. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hrs or possibly till chicken juices run clear.
- Yield: 46 servings.
- Note:This recipe was tested with K.C. Masterpiece brand barbecue sauce.
