Ingredientes
- 4 cube steaks
- Flour
- 1 sm. onion
- 1 (12 ounce.) can tomato juice
- Salt & pepper
- 4-5 sm. potatoes, optional
Direcciones
- Roll steaks in flour, salt and pepper to taste. Place in small roasting pan. Add in small onion, diced. Pour tomato juice over meat. Add in potatoes, peeled and halved (optional). Cover. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour. So tender you can cut it with a fork.
