Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp. cornmeal
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- Unbaked pastry shell
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar. Add in cornmeal. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add in vinegar, vanilla and lowfat milk. Beat thoroughly. Pour into an unbaked pastry shell. Bake in 400 degree oven. After 10 min reduce heat to 325 degrees and continue to cook approximately 30 min longer or possibly till the filling no longer jiggles when the pan is gently moved back and forth.
