Ingredientes
- 3 x Egg yolks
- 3 ounce Salad oil
- 3 ounce Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ounce Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger root, pared, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Garlic, pared, chopped
- 1/2 ounce Lemon juice
Direcciones
- Instructions: Place yolks in blender or possibly food processor; begin blending. Add in oils gradually; process till mix is completely blended. Add in remaining ingredients; combine. Pour into bowl; cover. Chill. Can be made one day ahead.
