Ingredients: 1 pkt cream cheese, softened; 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk; 2 c. sifted icing sugar; 2 x 1oz squares unsweetened chocolate, melted; 1/4 tsp vanilla; 1 dsh salt; 3 c. mini-marshmallows (coloured) flaked coconut

Ingredientes

1 pkt cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
2 c. sifted icing sugar
2 x 1oz squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 dsh salt
3 c. mini-marshmallows (coloured) flaked coconut

Direcciones

Combine softened cream cheese and lowfat milk, mixing till blended. Gradually add in sugar, stir in chocolate, vanilla and salt. Fold marshmallows into mix.
Drop rounded tsp. of mix in coconut, toss till well covered. Place on baking sheet, refrigeratetill hard.
