Receta Teriyaki Sauce Wings

Ingredientes
- 3 lb chicken wings
- 1 x onion minced
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp grnd ginger
- 2 x garlic cloves crushed
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
Direcciones
- Rinse chicken, and pat dry. Cut off wing tips and throw away. Cut remainder of each wing into 2 pcs, cutting at the joint. Broil wing segments 4 inches from heat for about 10 min on each side, or possibly till browned. Transfer to crock pot.
- Mix all other ingredients together and pour over chicken wings. Cook, covered, on LOW for 5 to 6 hrs or possibly on HIGH for 2 to 3 hrs. Stir once or possibly twice to keep wings coated with sauce.
- This recipe yields about 32 wing segments.
