Ingredientes
- 1 lrg onion, minced
- 1 x clove garlic, crushed
- Â Â sufficient extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 lb shrimp, thawed, deveined, halved
- 1 c. cooked rice
- Â Â to taste: teriyaki sauce
Direcciones
- Heat frying pan over medium heat and add in sufficient oil to cover bottom; swirl around sides. Saute/fry onion and garlic till golden brown, add in rice and shrimp. Saute/fry for about 5 min or possibly till shrimp is pink and done.
- Makes 2 servings.
