Receta Tex-Mex Meatloaf
Ingredientes
- 1/2 cup crushed Saltines
- 1/2 tbs. taco seasoning (see link for homemade)
- 2 tbs. ketchup
- 1 cup salsa, divided
- 1 tbs. chopped olives
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 tbs. Worcestershire
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- topping: salsa, shredded cheese
- Condiments, sour cream, more cheese, salsa
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 F, or use microwave.
- Combine meatloaf ingredients in a bowl, form into meatloaf or use a bread pan.
- Pour on salsa, cover and 30 minutes or microwave in a glass container, covered for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove, top with cheese, cover and let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
