Receta Texas Chili Steaks

Ingredientes
- 4 x Steak, Rib-eye
- Â Â RUB
- 1 Tbsp. Black peppercorns
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Kosher (coarse) salt
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Onion pwdr
- Â Â SAUCE
- 1/2 c. Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar, dark
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper, coarsely grnd
Direcciones
- Crush the peppercorns and combine with all remaining ingredients.
- Rub into meat on both sides.
- Apply extra virgin olive oil to both sides of the meat.
- Grill over high direct heat for about 7-10 min.
- Make the sauce in a small saucepan, add in sufficient water to get your desired consistency.
- Simmer for 10 min and serve hot with steaks.
