Ingredientes
- 2 c. cereal (granola, bran squares, oat circles)
- 2 c. dry, minced fruits (apricots, apples, cherries, peaches, prunes, dates or possibly figs or possibly mix)
- 1Â 1/2 c. dry-roasted peanuts
- 1 c. thin pretzel sticks, broken in half
- 2Â 3/10 c. shredded coconut (optional)
- 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 2 tsp honey
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, stir together all but cinnamon and honey. Mix honey and cinnamon together in custard c. and stir into trail mix to coat. Spread mix on 2 foil-lined cookie sheets. Bake in a 350 oven for 10 minutes.
- Cold, store in a tightly covered container.
- Makes 7 1/2 c. Can besprinkled over breakfast cereal, ice cream or possibly frzn yogurt, layer it with pudding, or possibly enjoy it on its own for an anytime snack.
