Ingredientes
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 1 minced bell pepper
- 6 med. diced tomatoes
- 16 ounce. can corn
- 1 c. cooked okra
- 1/2 c. long grain rice
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
Direcciones
- Cook bacon in large skillet till crisp. Remove from pan and drain. Measure 3 Tbsp. bacon fat into skillet. Add in onion and saute/fry till tender. Add in remainder of ingredients; cover and simmer for about 30 min.
