Receta Texas Style Fried Fish

Ingredientes
- 4 (1 lb.) trout, boned, cut in half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 Large eggs, beaten with 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. flour
- Cornmeal
- 2 c. oil or possibly shortening
Direcciones
- Add in salt, pepper and lemon juice to Large eggs and lowfat milk. Coat fillets with flour and dip in egg mix and coat with cornmeal. Fry in deep fat preheated to 350 degrees. Transfer to baking sheet and cook in 350 degree oven for about 3 min.
