Receta Tgi Fridays 9 Layer Dip

Ingredientes
- 2 x Strip Lean Bacon
- 1 x 16 oz can refried beans (plain)
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp taco seasoning
- 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. guacamole
- 1/3 c. diced tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
- 2 Tbsp. finely sliced green onions
Direcciones
- Fry diced bacon till done, add in refried beans and cook slowly and stir frequently till the bacon and bacon drippings are mixed through about 15 min, remove from heat. Mix taco seasoning with lowfat sour cream and set aside. To build 9 layer dip place ingredients in this order on a shallow serving platter: Spread refried beans to about 1 inch thick. 1/2 c. of the shredded cheese, c. lowfat sour cream, guacamole, diced tomatoes, diced cilantro, black olives, and sliced green onion. Add in 1/4 c. cheese over top for garnish.
