- 2 tablespoons honey
- For the chicken:

- 1/3 cup palm or brown sugar
- 1 tablepoon finely chopped shallots
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Asian chili sauce, preferably Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
