Receta Thai Mixed Vegetable Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 sm head lettuce, diced
- 1 x cucumber, peeled, sliced
- 1 sm green papaya, seeded, julienned
- 2 x tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 4 Tbsp. green onions, minced
- 4 Tbsp. cilantro, minced
- 4 Tbsp. peanuts, roasted, crushed
- 2 x red chilies, julienned
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 1/8 c. soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
Direcciones
- In a large salad bowl, arrange in layers the lettuce, cucumber, papaya, tomatoes, onion & cilantro. In a small bow, mix together the peanuts, chilies, lime juice & soy sauce. Pour over the salad, toss & serve.
