  1. Crumb this together and pat into 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  2. Let cold completely.
  3. Mix: 8oz cream cheese 1 c. icing sugar 1/2 tub cold whip (approx. 2 c.) Spread over crumb mix.
  4. Mix: 2 c. cool lowfat milk 1 3oz pkg each of instant chocolate and vanilla pudding Spread over cream cheese mix.
  5. Spread remaining Cold Whip as an icing and decorate with chocolate shavings.
  6. I've been inspired to whip up a batch of this again. It is so good!
