Ingredientes
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. (about) lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 slices process Swiss cheese, slivered
- 1 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushroom pcs, liquid removed
- 1 1/2 green onions, minced
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt, pepper, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese and mustard in bowl; beat well. Stir in Swiss and cheddar cheeses, mushrooms and green onions. Pour into buttered 9" pie plate. Bake for 25 to 30 min or possibly till set. Yield: 4 servings.
