Receta Three Layer Raisin Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. whipping cream
Direcciones
- Chop raisins; add in lowfat sour cream, sugar, Large eggs, spices and salt. Bring to a boil and cook over reduced heat till thickened, stirring constantly. Add in butter; cold completely.
- Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Whip cream and fold into cheese mix. Spread half of the cheese mix into a baked 9-inch pie shell. Add in the raisin mix and top with remaining cheese combination.
